Let's Farm Crawmerax!!:

Crazy and I have been using the above method to “farm” Crawmerax, this huge lobster type secret boss in Borderlands. We’ve been getting the most amazing guns, mods, and shields!! Upgrades to all of my elemental SMGs and snipers! We killed him a few times and made it to level 69 fairly quick. It’s so much fun to jump into public games and challenge people with our rare and special guns, lmao. Trolling on Borderlands…this might turn into a series on my channel. :3

If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I’ve been pretty sick the past few days. Just a really bad cold one of my students gave me. I’m feeling much better now, but my voice is completely shot. I had a really bad sore throat and now my voice is so hoarse that I can’t talk above a whisper. I’ve been drinking tea with honey and lemon. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the recovery of my normal voice? =/

Four Dead in Hampton Shooting:

I got a text today that Carla Williams, my supervisor at my previous teaching job in Virginia, died this morning. I couldn’t even believe it. I wasn’t able to get the full details until I got home from work (yes, I haz job now). What I read about her death made me sick.

She didn’t just die, she was murdered. What makes this story really sad? Her baby daughter and grandma also died. I held that baby in my arms last year when she was only two weeks old. She was so beautiful, too. We live in such a fucked up world. What the hell is wrong with people?
