Omg, yes! Especially in search and destroy. I use Dead Silence, but never the other two perks at the same time. Honestly, it should be one or the other because not being able to see them on the UAV or have your air support target them is ridiculous.
No game will ever be perfect, I know that but come on! Campers with undetected perks are ruining the game. =/
