When I was younger (and had no taste in music whatsoever), I used to listen to nothing but tejano music because that’s what my older sister would listen to. Now that I’m older, I’m starting to go back and listen to this type of genre because that’s the music of my people. If it doesn’t have an accordion in it, it isn’t tejano! I’m reminiscing my childhood every time I listen to a Spanish song. This has to be one of my favorites. It’s by Michael Salgado, and his songs are just fantastic.
